President Muhammadu Buhari commiserates with the Katsina Emirate Council on the passing of Sarkin Sharfai Katsina, Alhaji Abba Jaye.
The President also extends condolences to the family, friends and associates of the deceased who was a pillar of support to this administration, offering timely advice and supporting several charitable organisations in his community.
