The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Yemi Cardoso, and the Director General of the Nigerian
Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Dayo Mobereola, at the weekend, joined
family members and well wishers to pay their last respects to late Chief Mrs. Florence Mutola
Oladipo. The deceased is the mother of Engr. Mrs Folake Mobereola, wife of the NIMASA DG.
The solemn ceremony was held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Agbala Maria, Surulere, in Ondo
Town, Ondo State, drawing family members, well-wishers and dignitaries, who gathered to pay their
last respects to the matriarch.
In separate funeral orations, speakers took turns to highlight her dedication to family, community,
and service, noting that her enduring values and impact would continue to resonate with those she
left behind.
