As a former military officer, a former Governor of old Kano State, former Nigerian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe, an accomplished businessman, among other leadership roles, the President affirms that Col Bello’s discipline, exemplary team building-skills and dedication to duty, which distinguished him from others, consistently marked him out for honour.
President Buhari wishes the celebrant the very best in his future endeavours, and prays almighty Allah to sustain the septuagenarian with good health, peace and fulfilment.
