President Muhammadu Buhari warmly shares in the joy of celebrations as seasoned broadcaster, Siene Allwell-Brown, clocks 70, exuding the same poise, confidence and talent that made her a household name in the 70s and 80s.
President Buhari notes the elevating role of the ace broadcaster in Nigerian journalism, working first as a radio continuity announcer, before climbing the ladders with grace and passion to become a regular feature on prime time news on television.
The President joins veteran reporters and broadcasters of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Nigerian Union of Journalists and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations in celebrating with the lawyer, who found her joy in media.
As the renowned broadcaster, legal practitioner and General Manager, External Communications of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company, turns 70, President Buhari believes the standard she and her peers brought into broadcasting inspired many on the career path, and their disciplined style improved the information sharing.
The President prays that Allwell-Brown will continue to bask in joy and good health in the years ahead.
