…Tinubu, Shettima, Akande, Governors Drum Support For APC Guber Candidate
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has arrived Oshogbo, the capital of Osun State for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) mega rally to drum support for Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s re-election.
Governor Sanwo-Olu, who is the Chairman of the APC National Campaign Council for Osun State Gubernatorial Election, arrived Osogbo in company of the co-chairman of the campaign council and Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.
The helicopter conveying Sanwo-Olu and Ganduje landed at Osun State Governor’s House, Osogbo at 11:47am.
Sanwo-Olu was received by Governor Oyetola, his wife, Kafayat and other State Government and party officials.
The APC governorship mega rally is taking place today at Osogbo Township Stadium.
Some of the APC chieftains who have arrived Oshogbo for the mega rally are the party’s National Leader and presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima and former APC interim National Chairman and ex-Osun State Governor, Chief Bisi Akande.
Others are Chairman, Nigeria Governors’ Forum and Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi; Chairman of Progressives Governors’ Forum and Kebbi State Governor, Senator Atiku Bagudu, Governors Abubakar Sani Bello (Niger), Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq (Kwara), Hope Uzodinma (Imo), Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo) and Nasir el-Rufai (Kaduna) among others.
