With over 1,300 branches in 36 countries, Ecobank has proven to be one of the biggest branch networks on the continent. Ecobank’s online banking on mobile phones and at ATMs, has continued to offer friendly support to customers’ everyday banking needs.

Researchers say, a sound financial system is critical to economic growth for any country, and a healthy banking system is a key component of this. Economic research shows that a well-functioning banking system helps accelerate economic growth and poverty alleviation, while poorly-functioning banks can impede economic progress.

All Ecobank branches are designed to easily meet banking needs of its customers. The bank tailors each branch interior to clearly identify how it efficiently serves teeming customers.

Evidently, for its classic customers, the bank gives a welcoming, inclusive and accessible teller experience. It also gives direct banking spaces, including ATM galleries and Internet access points, for quick electronic banking, for an unforgettable experience.

The bank has consistently shown its commitment and support across various customer segments. The bank puts into consideration both new and existing customers, when putting up programmes or schemes that can benefit them.
As a leading pan-African institution with human feelings, Ecobank is quite aware that its customers are diverse with different needs and belong to different segments of the society, hence it is known for coming up with initiatives that will cater to its various target markets.

As part of its customer-centric programmes, Ecobank recently unveiled a special scheme on Back2School loans and remittances for all its customers in a bid to aid, and cater to back-to-school needs.
The loan offerings, according to the bank, have been developed based on the bank’s understanding of the importance of education and to further support customers with the financial freedom they deserve. As part of the scheme, Ecobank will also be providing Back2School gifts to customers when they receive inflows for school fees payment into their domiciliary account.

At the moment Ecobank is offering customers an Employee Credit or Cash backed Back2School scheme based on their cash flow. The Cash backed scheme gives customers access to competitive interest rates on their funds while accessing the Back2School loan. For the Employee Loan, customers can access up to N20 million for the purpose of school fees payment. The low-cost loan also comes with flexible tenors.

With these mouth-watering offers, it is safe to infer that this is the perfect time to open an Ecobank account or reactivate dormant ones, in both local currency (LCY) and foreign Currency (FCY) to enjoy all the benefits of the Back2School Scheme or other services by the pan-African institution.
